Connect your AI assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to PsoriCare

PsoriCare exposes an MCP server so your AI assistant can read your health data and use the app's tools on your behalf. Copy the server URL below, then follow the steps for your client.

MCP server URL

https://psoricare.ai/api/mcp

Point any streamable HTTP MCP client at this URL. Each assistant acts only as you, using your PsoriCare account permissions.

Claude

  1. 1Open the profile menu (top right) and go to Settings.
  2. 2Select Connectors, then Add custom connector.
  3. 3Name it (e.g., PsoriCare) and paste the server URL above.
  4. 4Click Add.

Sign-in step: after you add the URL, the client opens PsoriCare's consent page. Sign in with your own PsoriCare account and approve — the assistant only ever acts as you.

After we ship changes: assistants cache the tool list. Refresh or re-add the connector so it picks up new tools.

The MCP server is only live once the app is published. If the URL above doesn't connect, the server may not be active yet — it comes online with the next app publish.
