Terms of Service

By accessing or using PsoriCare, you agree to these Terms of Service. PsoriCare is operated by SAV Development LLC. You must not use PsoriCare if you do not agree to these terms.

PsoriCare provides personal skin-health tracking, treatment and lifestyle records, test-result tools, skin-photo tools, flare-risk estimates, reports, educational information, community discussions, direct messages, specialist information, support, subscriptions, and donations.

PsoriCare is not a medical provider or emergency service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Contact emergency services for urgent or life-threatening concerns.

Automated summaries, AI Health Coach responses, skin-photo observations, flare-risk estimates, test-result observations, reports, community content, and educational information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not make medical decisions, delay care, or change medication based only on PsoriCare content.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PsoriCare. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and all activity performed through your account.

PsoriCare offers Free, Basic, and Premium access levels. Paid subscriptions and voluntary donations are processed through Stripe. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Current pricing, billing periods, plan features, cancellation options, and applicable refund terms are displayed in the app.

You must not use PsoriCare for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe conduct. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious material, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Community discussions and direct messages must remain respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, explicit material, unsafe medical instructions, false emergency claims, and attempts to diagnose or prescribe for other users are prohibited. Authorized moderators may review, restrict, edit, hide, or remove content that violates applicable rules.

You retain ownership of content and records you submit. You authorize PsoriCare to store, process, display, analyze, and transmit that information only as necessary to provide the features you choose to use, maintain security, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

Use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. You may manage supported records, privacy preferences, consent records, data exports, subscriptions, and account deletion requests through available account controls.

PsoriCare software, branding, design, and original content are owned by SAV Development LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. PsoriCare is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAV Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
