PsoriCare · SAV Development LLC · Last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SAV Development LLC collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use PsoriCare. PsoriCare is a personal skin-health tracking and educational service and is not a medical provider.

PsoriCare may collect account and profile information, including your name, email address, nickname, avatar, account role, language, condition category, severity, preferences, and consent records.

PsoriCare may collect information you choose to enter or upload, including symptom logs, affected areas, lifestyle records, food records, treatments, medication information, test results, skin photos, notes, reports, AI interactions, flare-risk records, community content, direct messages, support requests, and account-deletion requests.

PsoriCare may collect technical and service information needed to operate and protect the app, including device and browser information, session activity, app navigation, errors, security events, notification status, and audit records.

PsoriCare uses information to provide requested features, maintain accounts and preferences, produce charts and reports, process authorized automated analyses, deliver enabled reminders and notifications, operate community and messaging functions, process support requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When you choose an AI-supported feature, the information submitted to that feature and relevant account context may be processed to produce the requested result. Automated output is informational, may be inaccurate, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscription and donation payments are processed through Stripe. PsoriCare may retain payment status, plan, invoice references, transaction amounts, and billing dates, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

PsoriCare does not sell personal information or health information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, authentication, databases, storage, email, automated processing, analytics, security, and payments, only as needed to provide and protect the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, or service security.

Community posts, comments, profile information, and direct messages are visible according to the feature used, the intended recipient or audience, anonymity choices, and available profile-visibility settings. Users should not submit another person’s private information without authorization.

PsoriCare uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, maintain security, and complete account or deletion processes.

You may update available profile information and preferences, manage notification and privacy choices, export supported data, delete supported records, manage subscriptions, or request account deletion through PsoriCare account controls. Additional privacy rights may apply based on your location and may be requested through the Support page.

PsoriCare may use cookies, local storage, and session technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, support security, and operate the app. Optional product analytics are controlled by available privacy settings.

PsoriCare is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. This Privacy Policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
