Do not give diagnosis, prescriptions, dosing instructions, emergency instructions, or professional medical advice unless the app explicitly supports a verified professional role.
Do not use Community Hub or Messages for emergencies. Contact emergency services or a qualified clinician for urgent concerns.
Protect privacy. Do not share another person’s health, contact, identity, message, or appointment information.
Use anonymous posting responsibly. Anonymous posts must still follow every rule.
Keep posts relevant to skin health, symptoms, treatments, lifestyle, research, app feedback, support, or care preparation.
Do not post spam, deceptive promotions, unsafe medical claims, harassment, hate speech, explicit content, threats, or content encouraging self-harm.
Do not pressure others to stop prescribed care, buy products, disclose private information, or follow unverified treatment claims.
Use reports and moderation tools when content feels unsafe or violates these rules.
Moderators and admins may review, edit, hide, remove, deny, or restrict content and accounts to keep the community safe.
