1. Getting started
Complete the agreements and required profile details when you first sign in. Missing-agreement requests do not reset your saved profile or health records.
2. Health Tracking
Open Health Tracking to record symptoms, affected areas, severity, and notes. Use the same hub for food and lifestyle entries, treatments, and your health calendar. Regular, brief entries help you build a useful history.
3. Treatments
Choose Treatments within Health Tracking to record medications, therapies, adherence check-ins, and effectiveness notes. Keep records current and discuss changes with your specialist. Do not start, stop, or change treatment based on the app.
4. Insights and AI Health Coach
Insights brings together patterns from your saved history. Some tools require more entries or Premium access. Use AI Health Coach to organize observations and questions for a consultation. AI responses can be mistaken and are not medical advice.
5. Skin Analyzer
Open Skin Analyzer to follow changes in skin photos over time. Use consistent lighting and the correct body area, review any consent request, and check the access or credit requirements before requesting analysis. Photos and AI results are not a diagnosis.
6. Flare prediction
Flare estimates use available tracking and environmental information to highlight possible contributing factors. Limited records or missing environmental readings can reduce usefulness. An estimate is not a diagnosis, a guarantee, or a reason to change treatment.
7. Community and messages
Community Hub includes discussions, research, and blog articles. Free members can read threads and replies; starting threads and replying require Premium access. Follow community rules, protect personal information, and use Messages respectfully.
8. Specialist Finder and resources
Free members can preview Specialist Finder. Premium unlocks location-based searches and saved favorites. Directory coverage varies; contact offices directly to confirm details and availability. Independently review specialist listings and sponsor resources.
9. Profile, billing, and privacy
On mobile or tablet, use Profile in the top bar. On desktop, use your profile card in the sidebar. Profile includes personal details, appearance, consent history, account and data controls, and Billing. Manage marketing email preferences under Settings. Email unsubscribe links affect marketing emails, not essential account messages.
10. Support and safe use
Use the Support page for account, billing, privacy, or technical questions, without including detailed medical records. Review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Rules, and Refund Policy for more information. For severe, worsening, or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical care rather than waiting for an app response.
