Terms of Service

PsoriCare · SAV Development LLC
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service govern your use of PsoriCare, operated by SAV Development LLC. Do not use the service if you do not agree. The Privacy Policy explains our information practices; Community Rules and the displayed billing and Refund Policy terms also apply to the relevant features.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must have reached the legal age of adulthood in your country and, where applicable, state, province, or territory, and you must never be under 18. Account setup requires an accurate date of birth, jurisdiction, and adulthood attestation. Protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Notify Support of suspected unauthorized access. Administrative, editorial, and moderation access is limited to assigned roles and does not authorize misuse of member information.
3. Service scope
PsoriCare offers personal health tracking, symptom and lifestyle logs, food records, treatment and therapy records, test results, skin-photo observations, charts, reports, daily progress and streaks, AI tools, community and messaging features, educational research, specialist and sponsor resources, support, subscriptions, and donations. Availability depends on your role, plan, consent choices, and the particular feature.
4. Not medical care
PsoriCare is not a medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic device, or substitute for professional care. It does not prescribe or manage treatment. Do not rely on the app to detect an emergency; contact emergency services or a qualified clinician for urgent or life-threatening concerns.
5. AI and estimates
AI Health Coach responses, test-result observations, skin-photo analyses, correlations, flare estimates, and generated reports may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Correlation does not establish causation, and flare estimates may highlight increased risk but cannot predict or rule out a flare with certainty. Never stop or change medication, delay care, or make medical decisions based only on app output. Review source material and discuss relevant information with a qualified clinician.
6. Consent and inputs
Complete the applicable terms, privacy acknowledgment, health-data consent, and feature-specific notices before using gated tools. Consent must be freely given by an eligible adult using their own account and can be withdrawn prospectively where applicable, although withdrawal may make features that require the information unavailable. Submit only content you own or have permission to provide. You remain responsible for checking dates, units, scores, extracted test values, image context, and generated summaries. A saved report or completion badge is a tracking aid, not confirmation of treatment adherence, clinical improvement, or medical safety.
7. Plans and usage limits
Free and Premium plans provide different access. AI and other metered features require the Premium plan and available usage credits; no lifetime free AI allowance or unlimited analysis is promised. Feature limits, billing amounts, and included allowances are those displayed for your plan or checkout. Features can be unavailable when limits are reached or a required service is unavailable. An integration failure does not itself authorize additional charges outside the terms shown to you.
8. Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe processes paid subscriptions, which may renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. Review the price, renewal terms, and plan before purchase. Manage cancellation through Profile → Billing; cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not itself refund past charges. Access after cancellation follows the period and status shown in your account. Applicable statutory rights and the Refund Policy govern refund requests.
9. Donations
Donations are voluntary payments separate from subscriptions unless expressly stated otherwise. A donation does not automatically unlock paid features and is not represented as tax-deductible. Review the amount and payment details before confirming.
10. Communications
Account, security, billing, support, and other service communications are separate from optional marketing. Bulk marketing requires an explicit opt-in and can be disabled through the available preference or unsubscribe controls. Health reminders and summaries have separate settings. Messages and reminders may fail or arrive late; use independent reminders for essential care and do not rely on email, push, or in-app delivery for emergencies.
11. Acceptable use
Do not engage in unlawful activity, harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, deceptive promotion, spam, explicit or harmful content, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Do not upload malicious files, evade security, bypass plan or credit limits, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or submit information without authorization.
12. Community safety
Share personal experience respectfully rather than diagnosing, prescribing, giving dosing instructions, or pressuring others to abandon professional care. Anonymous content must follow the same rules. Automated checks and authorized staff may review, edit, deny, restrict, or remove content, and accounts may be restricted or suspended for misuse. Moderation is not clinical review and cannot guarantee that every unsafe or inaccurate contribution is identified. Use reporting tools or Support for concerns.
13. Your content
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant SAV Development LLC and the providers needed to operate PsoriCare permission to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content for requested features, chosen audiences, service administration, security, and legal obligations. This permission is not a sale of your health data. Information handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Records, exports, and deletion
Some delete controls remove records from active views while historical versions or related files remain stored. Account-deletion requests have a displayed grace period and subsequent processing; deletion is not necessarily instantaneous or exhaustive of third-party copies. Export information you need before requesting deletion, and contact Support about remaining records or attachments. You control the privacy of reports, downloads, and connected-service exports after they leave the app. Deleting an app record does not recall copies already shared.
15. External sources and services
Research summaries, community posts, specialist information, sponsor listings, and linked resources are informational and may be incomplete or outdated. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, verification of credentials, guarantee of availability, or assurance of medical effectiveness. Independently check providers and claims. External services, including payment and export providers, have their own terms and privacy practices.
16. Intellectual property
PsoriCare software, branding, design, and original materials belong to SAV Development LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service as permitted by these terms, not ownership of its software or branding. Respect third-party copyrights and licenses when posting or sharing research and other material.
17. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Maintenance, network conditions, service-provider limits, and errors can interrupt features or synchronization. We may change or discontinue features or restrict access to protect the service. Material changes to these terms or paid services are subject to any notice or consent requirements imposed by law; a revised date alone does not establish consent to new health-data processing.
18. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAV Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights. No result, health outcome, uninterrupted availability, or complete accuracy is guaranteed.
19. Governing law and questions
Florida law and applicable United States law govern these terms except where mandatory laws in your location require otherwise. Submit account, billing, moderation, privacy, or terms questions through the Support page. These terms do not prevent you from exercising applicable regulatory or consumer remedies.
