User Guide

Validated guide for the current PsoriCare app experience.

Start with Health Tracking, keep Profile updated, and use AI outputs only as informational preparation for clinician conversations.

1. What PsoriCare Is For

PsoriCare helps you keep a personal record of skin symptoms, lifestyle context, treatments, test results, food notes, skin-photo analyses, flare-risk predictions, community support, and care-preparation reports. It is for tracking and education only, not diagnosis or treatment.

2. Health Tracking

Use Health Tracking to log symptoms, affected areas, severity, notes, lifestyle factors, food diary entries, and the integrated calendar and trends view. The old Symptom Calendar is part of Health Tracking now, not a separate page.

3. Treatments

Use Treatments to record active or past treatments, medication details, adherence check-ins, and effectiveness notes. Keep records current so reports and insights reflect what you are actually using.

4. Test Results

Use Test Results to save lab or test records and request informational AI summaries when you have accepted the AI analysis notice. Always review results with a licensed clinician.

5. AI Health Coach and AI Tools

The AI Health Coach, topic advisor, dashboard insights, test-result summaries, skin-photo analysis, and flare-risk estimates are informational. They can help organize questions and observations but should not be treated as medical advice.

6. Skin Analyzer

Upload clear, well-lit skin photos only when you want non-diagnostic tracking. Select the correct body area, review confidence warnings, and contact a qualified professional for severe, worsening, painful, or unusual symptoms.

7. Flare Prediction

Flare Prediction uses saved health records such as symptoms, lifestyle, food entries, treatments, skin history, test results, and profile context to estimate near-term risk. More consistent logs improve usefulness.

8. Community Hub and Messages

Use Community Hub for support, research updates, blog content, and respectful discussion. Use Messages responsibly and do not share private details about others or provide medical instructions.

9. Specialist Finder and Sponsor Links

Specialist Finder and Sponsor Links help you discover relevant resources. Listings and external resources should be independently reviewed before making care or purchase decisions.

10. Profile, Billing, and Data Controls

Use Profile for personal details, health information, language, privacy and consent records, account tools, billing, subscriptions, exports, and account deletion requests. Subscription plan management is consolidated in Profile > Billing.

11. Support and Legal Pages

Use Support for app questions or requests. Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Community Rules, Refund Policy, and this guide explain safe and appropriate use.
